Wedding Day Packages

The Grand Event

Includes: Pre-Planning, Rehearsal, Ceremony, and Reception: This is the ultimate package for the bride that wants a little help in each area – Includes services from pre-planning, Rehearsal (usually the night before), ceremony setup/coordination, reception setup/decoration of tabletops, and four vendor meetings of your choice. There is no time limit to the hours needed for planning and preparation. Vendor contracts are negotiated to ensure the best prices are obtained, and tear down/returns of the ceremony and reception décor is also included

The Soiree

Includes Pre-planning, and Reception: This package is for the person who wants to plan the ceremony, but leave the reception details to someone else. It includes all pre-planning items we need for the reception (rentals, florist, venue, music, catering, etc) planning and decorating of tabletops, escort tables, guestbook table, gift tables, ensure proper placement of favors, confirm proper seats are reserved. Price also includes tear down and returns of any rented items following the reception

The Gala

Includes Pre-planning, Rehearsal and Ceremony Coordination: This package allows you to manage most of the details, but gives the peace of mind that the day’s events will go as planned. Coordinator attends to the details needed for planning the ceremony, including booking the venue, setup of any flowers/decor at ceremony site, advice on music selections and order of service, program selection, setup and tear down of décor (pew bows, alter arrangements, arbors, and arches), attends the rehearsal to organize attendants into roles, and oversees the wedding ceremony.

The Big Day

Includes Wedding Day Coordination: A lengthy meeting to put together a fine-tuned wedding timeline, confirmation of all vendors, a wedding week pick up of all wedding items from the bride's home, coverage of the wedding rehearsal to make sure everything runs smoothly, and a coordinator covering both the ceremony and reception site on your wedding day.

All Wedding Day Packages include the following at no additional charge:

• Vendor Coordination
Supervise and coordinate vendors to make sure the timeline is followed and that they are aware of any adjustments as the day progresses.

• Emergency Kit
Includes personal toiletries, a sewing kit, and a variety of other necessities on hand for any little “Oops” moments.

• Lunch & Snacks
Bring lunch or snacks to ceremony location if pre-ordered by client.

• Payment Distribution
Distribute any final vendor payments.

• Payment Tracking
Track payment deadlines for all of your vendors. (vendors based on the package selected)

• Vendor Liaison
Work as liaison to handle all vendor questions (vendors based on package selected)

• Custom Timelines
Your master timeline will include:

1. a master timeline of all your wedding day events
2. a custom timeline for each vendor
3. an "in-case-of-rain" alternative set of plans, for weddings that need it
